VEGETABLES PIE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 prepared dough for pies
• 100 g of fried tomato
• 200 g onion
• 250 g zucchini
• 200 g of red pepper
• 200 g of green pepper
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt
• 1 egg
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Cut the onion, zucchini and peppers into small squares and sauté them in a pan with oil for 15 minutes.
Add the tomato and a pinch of salt. Let cook 2-3 minutes.
Spread the pie dough, spread the mix on the surface and place the other pie dough on top.
Close the edges, pressing with your fingers and forming a tab. Practice a hole in the center, to allow steam to escape.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes (until golden brown).
