FRESH WATERMELON AND FETA CHEESE SALAD
INGREDIENTS
• Half watermelon without seeds
• 250g feta cheese
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Fresh basil
• Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Cut the watermelon into bite-size squares.
Add some black olives without pits and cut them up, and add them over the watermelon.
Next, crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad, and spread some basil leaves on top of the dish.
Dress with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a little ground black pepper. Let's eat!
