Courgette
  • Courgette is primarily composed of water, followed by carbohydrates and small amounts of fat and protein. Its fibre content is moderate.

  • Dealing with its vitamin content, the discrete presence of folates must be outlined, as well as its vitamin C content. In addition, group B vitamins such as B1, B2 and B6 are found in this vegetable.

  • Courgette is a magnificent source of potassium; besides it presents other minerals in small quantities such as magnesium, phosphorus and iron.
