Cucumber
  • It provides a wide range of minerals and vitamins more concentrated in its skin: potassium, all the B vitamins, vitamin C (8 mg to 100 g), and some provitamin A and vitamin E.

  • Cucumber juice absorbed during fasting is credited with depurative properties. Its water content (96%) provides it with diuretic and draining properties. Well supplied with fiber, it contributes to the proper functioning of the intestinal transit. Cucumber counts with a natural calming agent (anti-stress and anxiety).

  • Cucumber has moisturizing, healing, sanitizing and astringent properties. It is considered a softener, and it is traditionally used (in the form of a cataplasm or lotion) to fight against redness, darters, freckles, itchiness and even wrinkles! It is also perfect for restoring radiance and firming, purifying complexion and tightening pores.

  • Comprised of 96% water, cucumber is one of the lowest caloric foods: 10 calories per 100 grams. Remineralizing, moisturizing and low in calories, the cucumber is perfect for the diet and does not take away the hunger before having a meal.
