Wassermelone und honigmelone

MELON SORBET

INGREDIENTS

0,5kg melon
200g of liquid cream
60g sugar
Vanilla essence
Honey

PREPARATION

Take half a kilo of ripe melon (already cleaned), 200 grams of liquid cream, 60 grams of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and 1 tablespoon of honey.
We beat everything and we keep it in the freezer taking it out every hour approximately to stir it well and to avoid that it crystallizes.
Freeze for about 3 hours stirring periodically until you get the desired texture and ... ready!
